Qualifications

Dr. Pat holds a doctor of naturopathic medicine diploma, which he completed in 2001 at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.

During this time, he was also the recipient of the Dr. Leo Roy/Dr. Joseph Boucher Award for Excellence in Clinical Nutrition.


He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science degree from the University of Guelph.

He has received a certificate in the diagnosis and treatment of Wilson’s Temperature Syndrome from the Association for the Advancement of Restorative Medicine.

Thyroid Health

Your thyroid is a small, butterfly-shaped gland located in the front of your neck just above your windpipe. It’s responsible for regulating your body temperature, metabolism, heart rate, digestion, mood, and the maintenance of your bones.
